A mixed bag experience, but friendly staff made a difference. parking is convenient yet at an extra cost

Friendly staff, convenient location.

The bed was amazing! I shared a queen bed with a friend, and it was so comfy—I couldn't even feel her moving. We all slept really well. The rooms were super quiet too. We were close to the elevator but didn’t hear it at all. Honestly, it felt like we were in our own little bubble.

We loved staying at this hotel! The location was perfect—just a short walk to great restaurants and shops. My teens enjoyed the spacious room, especially with the cozy fireplace to hang out by. The gym was solid, too, just missing a Peloton.

My kids wished there was a pool for them to enjoy.

The room was comfortable, featuring a nice bathroom that was pristine. The availability of a water dispenser in the gym was a plus, as was the small fridge in the room, making it convenient for food delivery. However, parking incurred an additional $30 charge, which felt steep, and while the restaurant had good options, the menu could benefit from more variety. The location provided easy access to nearby attractions, enhancing the stay overall.

Great location near 16th Street Mall, but check-in was a bit slow.

Our stay was fantastic, especially enjoying the cozy ambiance of the common lounge and the relaxing jacuzzi after a long day of exploring the city. There were plenty of relaxation spots, but the only hiccup was that our room didn’t come with a mini-fridge, which would’ve been handy. Definitely recommend asking for a higher floor for a quieter experience! 🌟

Great staff and convenient downtown location

I really enjoyed my stay here. the staff was incredibly attentive and made me feel welcomed. The location was perfect for exploring downtown Denver, with easy access to shops and attractions. However, I was disappointed that housekeeping did not service my room during my three-night stay, which was quite inconvenient.

Old elevators that are slow!!! The rooms need a refresh due to peeling ceiling paint and outdated furniture!!! A bath mat in walk-in showers would certainly enhance safety!!!

The location was perfect for walking to nearby attractions like Coors Field and the 16th Street Mall. The spacious room was beautifully furnished with an extremely comfortable bed, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. I particularly enjoyed the late-night cookies offered by the staff, which added a nice touch to our stay.
